At Lash & Brow Envy, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our services and products, the following refund policy applies:
Services
All services are non-refundable. Results may vary based on individual hair type, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these variables.
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may assess the situation. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction. No adjustments will be made after 48 hours.
Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions voids any eligibility for adjustments.
Products
All product sales are final. For health and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Training, Courses & Digital Products
All training sessions, courses, manuals, digital downloads, and educational materials are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or accessed.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
No-Show & Cancellation Fees
All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details regarding appointment changes.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking or purchasing with Lash & Brow Envy, you agree to this refund policy. Attempted chargebacks for services rendered or products received may result in refusal of future services and will be disputed with documentation, including consent forms and service records.
Acceptance of Policy
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a training program with Lash & Brow Envy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
